It is significant to study the characteristics of learners who have obtained certificates. This article analyzes the video and completion behavior of various learners. The results show that the learner who obtained the certificate did not watch enough videos, but often completed a lot of exercises. It means they have acquired knowledge from other sources. MOOC is only a means of consolidating knowledge. The results of this study can help us find the right application model for MOOC. MOOC (Massive open online courses,大规模在线开放课程)发展迅速,但课程通过率很低。研究取得证书的学习者的特点具有重要意义。本文分析了不同学习者的视频和完成行为。结果表明,获得证书的学习者没有看足够的视频,但经常完成大量的练习。这意味着他们已经从其他来源获得了知识。MOOC只是巩固知识的一种手段。本研究的结果可以帮助我们找到适合MOOC的应用模式。同时,也提醒MOOC运营者改进MOOC模式,让更多的学习者接受。
