摘要

本文提出了一种用于数据加密和内容保护的新型加密电子病历(EPR)代码。EPR是与患者相关的多个私人信息的集合,需要数据的真实性、数据的安全性以及安全可靠的传输。该方法将密码学和图像处理技术结合起来,构建了一种新型的图像格式的加密信息代码,可以像条形码、QR码一样传输和使用,但更安全。对于短消息和长消息,数据恢复的成功率都是100%。信息也可以在接收端完全相同地检索,而不会丢失任何信息。因此,采用RSA和DES算法,加上三个密钥,再加上补码、翻转等图像处理技术,使算法更加牢不可破。本文针对编码器-发射机部分和解码器-接收机部分开发了一个完整的图形用户界面(GUI)。
