摘要

本文提出了一种集成的无刷直流电机单级驱动电路。与传统的两级驱动拓扑相比,该控制器的复杂度相对简单。其中只有一个开关采用高频PWM控制信号进行门控,其余6个开关采用低频六步方波换相控制信号进行门控,以减小开关功率损耗。所提出的驱动器还能够以可变输入电池电压驱动无刷直流电机的升压/降压操作。搭建了额定功率为600W的样机,验证了所提集成驱动电路的有效性和性能。
