摘要

结合酒泉风电基地近年来的运行情况,从系统的角度提出了加强大规模风电调节和输电的继电保护新方法,包括基于统计分析的潮流波动判别、基于局部信息的潮流转移识别、自适应过载保护、继电保护与应急控制的融合。在理论研究和仿真的基础上,研制了一种保护装置,并验证了新方法的正确性。
