The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation with SDLR among the underundergraduate medical students at the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatera (UISU) in 2017. A cross-sectional design,with simple random sampling technique, was carried out to test the hypothesis. The data obtained were showing that ; from the 198 respondents, those had the intrinsic motivation were 110 people (55.6%); 88 people (44.4%) unmotivated, Thus on extrinsic motivation test; as many as 100 people (50.5%) motivated and 98 people (49.5%) unmotivated. 摘要

本文报道了影响学生自主学习准备的动机(所谓的“自主学习准备”)。SDLR是个体的自我准备水平,在医学院的学习过程中起着非常重要的作用。本研究的目的是确定2017年北苏门答腊伊斯兰大学医学院本科生的内在动机和外在动机与SDLR的关系。采用简单随机抽样技术的横断面设计来检验假设。获得的数据显示;198名被调查者中,有内在动机的有110人(55.6%);88人(44.4%)无动机,因此在外在动机测试;有动力的有100人(50.5%),没有动力的有98人(49.5%)。在SDLR上,被划分为好和坏的受访者人数相同,为99人(50%)。卡方假设检验显示,内在动机与SDLR存在显著相关(p值= 0.001),外在动机与SDLR存在显著相关(p值= 0.000)。由此可见,2017年北苏门答腊伊斯兰大学医学院本科生的内在动机和外在动机与SDLR之间存在显著的相关关系。
