From the perspective of public service quality management, this paper explores the work stressors of Shunyi urban management grassroots law enforcement personnel. The study found that the grass-roots law enforcement officers of Shunyi urban management and Law Enforcement Bureau have greater work stress; the work stressor mainly focus on the factors of work itself, organizational mechanism, career development, work family conflict and role pressure; there are obvious differences in the perception of work stress of grass-roots law enforcement officers of urban management under the background of demography. 摘要

顺义市城管执法局为提升顺义区城市环境公共服务质量做出了突出贡献。本文从公共服务质量管理的角度,探讨顺义市城管基层执法人员的工作压力源。研究发现,顺义市城管执法局基层执法人员工作压力较大;工作压力源主要集中在工作本身、组织机制、职业发展、工作家庭冲突和角色压力等因素;人口学背景下城管基层执法人员对工作压力的感知存在明显差异。针对研究结果,从工作压力源的不同方面有针对性地提出缓解顺义市城管基层执法人员工作压力的建议。
