I introduced the process through which a knowledge worker creates, develops, and shares knowledge, and how knowledge-based corporate management promotes changes in members' career development. In this regard, I emphasized the meaning of tacit knowledge as a competitive advantage in food service companies, and emphasized the role of knowledge workers in the process of making the organization dynamic, the necessity of a culture to discover and share knowledge in food service companies, and the fact that knowledge management projects is effective for development of human resources.
