Financial Law Procedures to reduse Informal housing in Iraq compared with other states experiences

The problem of informal housing is one of the problems that most countries of the world face, and if their formulas and conditions differ, they assume deviations from the idea of the right to adequate housing guaranteed by constitutions for all individuals, as this right should be available in a way that guarantees them a free and dignified life, especially the most vulnerable groups in society with Limited income and others which fall within this description. And that the problem of random housing does not hide its effects in any aspect of life. It creates the hotbeds of crime, poverty and social distortion in the structure of our societies. Therefore, it is better for each country to consider finding or creating different solutions to get rid of this problem. Perhaps the most important of these solutions finds its way in the procedures of financial law. Such as allocating the necessary funds within the scope of the general budget, and activating the role of some financial tools of the state, such as the residential domain to eliminate them and other solutions that can emerge in this regard. Hence, the idea of this research came to shed light on these measures guided by the experiences of some Arab countries such as Egypt, and they will serve as an example. Guide the Iraqi legislator to address the problem of random housing in Iraq.
