摘要

针对SAR图像表面结构存在大量相似特征的问题,提出了一种基于块重排序后三维小波变换的SAR图像压缩算法。该算法由四个连续步骤组成:先将图像划分为大小相等的子块,然后根据加权欧氏距离测量的相似度对子块进行重新排序,形成三维阵列,然后采用三维小波变换和3D- spiht编码进行编码。实际SAR图像的实验结果表明,该方法在PSNR方面优于传统的基于小波的SPIHT方法,特别是在低比特率下。
