摘要

骨质疏松症是一种骨代谢性疾病,是老年人群尤其是绝经后妇女的主要疾病之一。为了研究甲状旁腺激素和催乳素在脉冲雌激素补充下对成骨细胞(即成骨细胞)和骨吸收细胞(即破骨细胞)的影响,本文建立了脉冲微分方程系统。对所建立的模型进行了理论分析,得到了系统参数能够产生稳定和持久的条件。计算机模拟也提供了说明理论预测。
