摘要

针对目前可再生能源消纳评估仅考虑单一时间尺度的缺点,本文提出了一种大规模、多时间尺度的新能源消纳能力评估方法。首先,基于ARIMA回归模型重构新能源输出;然后,基于长期调峰能力约束和短期稳定运行约束,分别提出了两种新能源消纳能力评价方法,得到了新能源电网消纳能力的多维度评价。最后,以实际电网为例,验证了基于IEEE 24总线系统的电网长期调峰能力约束和短期稳定运行约束的影响。
