Based on the 7-s model, this paper conceptualizes corporate culture, and conceives a model that describes the corporate cultural change process. A second model is offered for corporate cultural change in the context of knowledge management implementation where self-imposing mechanism plays a critical role. The paper finally delineates the innovation stages embedded in the second model and proposes possible measures for corporate cultural change at each stage.
