The magnetic properties of the high-frequency core material are measured under the excitation of sine wave and square wave respectively. An improved Steinmetz empirical equation is proposed by studying the nonlinearity of the Steinmetz empirical coefficient at different characteristic frequencies. The structure of the rotary transformer is designed, and the core loss is calculated using the proposed loss model.
