The basic requirements for a tactile Internet based teleoperation system are the latency, reliability, availability and security. In order to have early detection of failures, there is a need to have a technical solution that constantly monitor events to make sure that the system is running properly. This article examines the role of the monitoring system in the structure of a tactile information transmission and visualization system.
