城市边缘地带是一个活跃的扩张带,城市边缘地带的环境是复杂而脆弱的。以往的研究主要集中在城市边缘区景观空间格局变化、土壤污染物时空变异性以及土地管理与政策问题等方面,但缺乏城市边缘区水土综合整治的理论与实践研究。本文以石川河为例。树立以土壤净化为重点,以水处理为环节,以净土保清水的综合整治新理念。形成不同土地利用类型的土地有机整理理论。
