Then BPEL4WS is adopted to arrange the system services. It enable the service to change from fine grained to coarse grained and form business related to system, realizeing the detailed functions. Finally, illustrated by the query report function we offera system test scheme based on the process of SOA-based IBMS, according to MVC design in presentation layer, business appearance layer, business layer and data layer.
