This paper gives the theoretical analysis of current ripple prediction for three-level inverters based on equivalent converter-load model and briefly introduces the variable switching frequency PWM (VSFPWM) based on this prediction method to control three-level inverters with LCL filters. The VSFPWM could make a wide range of frequency changes and obtain better efficiency by reducing the switching losses. The variable switching frequency control could also attenuate EMI noises without increasing current ripple peak value and meet the power quality requirements. 摘要

随着光伏发电的迅速发展,三级并网逆变器以其优异的性能在光伏系统中发挥着重要的作用。本文对基于等效变流器-负载模型的三电平逆变器电流纹波预测进行了理论分析,并简要介绍了基于该预测方法的可变开关频率PWM (VSFPWM)在LCL滤波器控制三电平逆变器中的应用。通过减小开关损耗,可实现大范围的频率变化,获得更好的效率。可变开关频率控制在不增加电流纹波峰值的情况下,能有效地衰减电磁干扰,满足电能质量要求。仿真和实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。
