摘要

信息技术的发展改变了学习方式,创造了泛在学习。本文以台湾高校图书馆为例,探讨机构图书馆服务品质与使用者忠诚度之关系。采用层次回归分析对假设进行检验。(1)机构知识库服务质量对用户忠诚度有直接正向预测作用。(2)通过用户满意度对用户忠诚度的中介作用,机构知识库服务质量具有间接的正向预测作用。(3)用户感知价值在用户满意度和用户忠诚度之间具有调节作用。
