This study examines the effect of understanding MBKM on the success of its implementation moderated by a readiness to change. The research sample was students and lecturers at the Faculty of Vocational Studies, Diponegoro University, Semarang, with 100 participants. This study uses a questionnaire as a research instrument and is analyzed with regression analysis to test the proposed hypothesis. 摘要
