It is assumed that most people will subconsciously show herd behavior when an accident occurs on the inpatient floor. Due to their physiological and psychological defects, patients are more likely to have herd behavior, especially some patients with poor ability of action are relatively weak in escape. Therefore, more professional medical staff are needed to help patients with dysfunction and need to assist in evacuation. 摘要

目前,中国医院布局的普遍特点是住院部每层都有大量的人群,患者进出医院的流动性大,患者构成复杂。由于人群的特殊构成和行为的普遍特殊性,患者不仅有一定的生理缺陷,而且比正常人承受更大的心理压力。例如,一些心血管疾病患者在遇到突发事故时会紧张不安,长时间得不到帮助,这样更容易导致病情加重,甚至猝死。假设当事故发生在住院楼层时,大多数人会下意识地表现出从众行为。患者由于生理和心理上的缺陷,更容易出现从众行为,特别是一些行动能力较差的患者,逃避能力相对较弱。因此,需要更多的专业医护人员来帮助功能障碍患者,需要协助疏散。为了优化住院部布局,使疏散更加顺畅高效,减少住院部整体疏散时间,提高患者生存率,本文主要以某中医院肿瘤科单层为研究对象,绘制疏散楼梯和消防电梯作为疏散出口,并根据住院楼层的特殊性,利用探路者模型进行布局,最终得到总体最优布局。
