摘要

研究的主要目的是透过目测检验玻璃瓶的品质。随着玻璃制品生产效率的日益提高,用人工检测的方法来管理产品质量已经变得非常困难。因为用肉眼识别不同的缺陷是不可能的。因此,通过机器技术对玻璃进行分级变得越来越重要。利用机器视觉技术不仅提高了生产效率,而且节省了时间。尽管图像可以从不同的光谱中捕获,但只有少数用于缺陷检测系统。用于机器视觉技术的图像处理步骤是图像采集、图像预处理、图像分割、图像特征提取和缺陷分类。外部表面缺陷主要通过彩色/单色相机捕捉,而内部缺陷则通过红外相机、射线成像等设备捕捉。改进后的结果可用于质量检验应用。
