Energy Efficiency and error performance are critical in the design of cooperation in a Wireless Sensor Network System as they decide node lifespan. In this paper, a $100\\times 100$ sq m farm area is considered for isolating crop disease. The information required for the crop disease is transferred to the remote destination in three ways Direct path, Singlehop and Multihop depending on the Channel State Information and Farm area.One of the above configuration is chosen based on the Bit error rate and energy efficiency.
