This thesis started from the theories of bilingual teaching models, analyzed the several models of bilingual teaching, then it compared bilingual teaching models of the United States, Canada as well as China and found the inspiration for China's bilingual teaching. Next it established universities' bilingual teaching quality assessment index system and verified this index system.
