摘要

介绍了俄罗斯首个基于LOM算法的三维模型制造系统的发展历程和技术调整;对该系统的应用经验进行了思考和分析。分析了其布置原理、设计特点以及与Helisys型LOM系统的区别。研究了该系统的主要特点——效率、运行稳定性、模型生产精度、模型生产的物理力学性能。分析了浪费的主要种类及其产生的原因,提出了消除浪费的途径。根据该系统应用的经验,已经为下一代LOM系统Karat-400的生产制定了技术任务。
