Combined cyclosporin-A and methylprednisolone treatment of Graves' ophthalmopathy.
Twelve patients with Graves' ophthalmopathy (grade 1-6, ATA classification) were treated with Cyclosporin-A, systemically in combination with methylprednisolone. We observed slight or moderate favourable effect in 9 cases.
