The offered method permits to calculate the dispersion characteristics not only one-row, but also of the two-row fingers structures. For the first time by calculation and on the basis of direct measurements the opportunity of an essential increase of electromagnetic waves' deceleration in fingers combs, located in parallel one upon the other, is shown.
