PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP PELANGGARAN PEMBANGUNAN BANGUNAN GEDUNG DI KOTA SEMARANG

Spatial planning is one of the challenges faced by the City Government due to violations of building construction by the community which not only harms the surrounding community but also disrupts the spatial order of the area that has been planned by the City Government. This research discusses several law enforcement regulations on building construction violations in Semarang City using empirical juridical research methods and statute approach methods conducted by reviewing laws and regulations as well as interviews with relevant agencies with the aim that people understand urban planning and the consequences if they violate it. Law enforcement regulations on violations of building construction in Semarang City refer to, among others, the Job Creation Law, Semarang City Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2009 on Building Construction, Semarang City Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2021 on Semarang City Spatial Plan 2011-2031, Semarang City Regent Regulation No. 38 Year 2012 on Supervision and Control of Building Implementation. The obstacles faced by the Agency in enforcement are lack of human resources and difficult access.
