This paper proposes a process model for evaluating the level of software product quality, which is based on the International Standard ISO/IEC 14598 - Software Product Evaluation. The proposed process model can generate a tailored software product quality evaluation model based on the types of information systems. Accordingly, the required software measures are collected and further analyzed for providing feedback to improve the software product quality. 摘要
