摘要

本文试图提出一种基于人力资本分析的决策认知过程研究新框架,并在此基础上构建管理学和心理学理论。通过整合高层管理团队与认知过程的研究,结合人力资本理论,提出了基于人力资本的高层管理团队决策过程模型。该模型提出了六种人力资本,即心理人力资本、情感配置型人力资本、分析型人力资本、领导型人力资本、冲突配置型人力资本和决策型人力资本,以全面掌握高层管理团队的整个决策过程。

Research framework of top management team's decision-making cognitive process: From human capital perspective
It is tried to propose a new research framework of decision-making cognitive process research based on human capital analysis and framed the basic management and psychology theory.
