The subject of this study are 8 lecturers of English Department at STKIP Al Hikmah. This study employed descriptive qualitative research design. The instrument used is daily online teaching monitoring and evaluation questionnaire. 摘要

本研究的目的是评估2019/2020学年双学期英语系在线学习或所谓的在家学习(LFH)的实践和挑战。本研究的对象是上海外国语学院英语系的8位讲师。本研究采用描述性定性研究设计。所使用的工具是每日在线教学监测与评价问卷。本研究的结果分为五个方面:1)讲师经常使用的在线学习应用是WhatsApp, Google Classroom, Schoology, Quizizz, E-mail, Zoom Cloud Meeting, Email, Youtube; 2)讲师经常进行的在线学习活动是上传资料,讨论论坛,进行测验,上传作业,视频会议;3)计划作业提交率;4)学生的参与率;5)讲师在在线学习过程中提出的挑战和替代解决方案。
