For example, poet Alfonso Camín denounced Franco’s political repression with Spanish literary icons; José Castilla Morales empowered workers in U.S. exile with antifascist popular plays; Miguel Giménez Igualada published several manuscripts contesting misrepresentations of anarchism; and Félix Martí Ibáñez called for a harmonious engagement with others as a way to spark everyday revolutions.
