Aiming at the problem that the virtual assembly is complicated and inefficient in geometric modeling under the current modeling software platform, a method to improve the level of virtual assembly automation by constructing a component -level assembly feature library is proposed. First the paper gives the concept of assembly feature. Then the component-level assembly feature database is constructed by using the convexity and concavity feature of the model edge and the assembly feature recognition of the adjacency graph. Finally, by defining assembly semantics and constructing assembly semantics decomposition module, the underlying geometric constraints are separated from users, so that users only need to realize assembly drive through easy-to-understand assembly semantics. In order to facilitate user operation, the voice system is introduced into the general commercial software Pro/Engineer. Speech SDK(Software Development Kit) is used as the development tool of the voice module in the paper to realize the rapid virtual assembly of the integrated voice system.
