Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The research data were collected using closed questionnaires, passive participation observation and semi-structured interview, and were processed with a frequency distribution table. The results indicate that Arabic teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies are fairly good with an average score of 3.97 and 3.57 on the Likert scale. 摘要

本研究旨在描述伦邦县伊斯兰初中阿拉伯语教师的教学和专业能力的实施情况。本研究采用描述性定性方法,研究对象为伦邦县伊斯兰初中的阿拉伯语教师。样本采用比例随机抽样技术。研究数据采用封闭式问卷、被动参与观察和半结构化访谈法收集,并采用频率分布表进行处理。结果表明,阿拉伯语教师的教学能力和专业能力较好,李克特量表平均得分分别为3.97分和3.57分。然而,阿拉伯语教师在学习活动中对这两种能力的执行情况不同,且相对较低,平均得分为41.86%。
