摘要本研究旨在探讨教师的工作动机和专业能力对奥根科莫林乌鲁县观景公路科达顿街道初中教师绩效的影响。Ogan Komering Ulu县Kedaton Peninajian Raya街道初中教师的研究人口为100名教师。抽样方法为简单随机抽样，共50名教师。数据收集方法采用问卷调查法。结果表明:1)工作动机对教师绩效有显著影响;2)教师专业能力对教师绩效有显著影响;3)工作动机和教师专业能力对教师绩效有显著影响。
