The study is descriptive research and was carried out in the scanning model. In this context, Turkish course skill-based questions published by the General Directorate of Measurement, Evaluation and Examination Services of the Ministry of National Education for 5th, 6th, and 7th-grade students were handled, no sampling was used, and all questions were included. Research data were collected through document review. As a result of the study, it was found that the skill-based questions published by the Ministry of National Education for 5th, 6th, and 7th-grade students were at the understanding level at a rate of 71.2%. There were no questions at the creating level in any class.
