摘要
本研究旨在探讨南雅加达行政城市消防救援服务部落员工胜任力与工作环境对消防管理服务品质的影响。使用的方法是通过发放问卷的定量方法，使用SPSS Version 23 for windows，人口为473人或受访者，样本为83人，目的是为了方便和确保数据的计算和处理得到正确完成。
