Nowadays, the major problem faced by the industry is that how we can assess the product reliability in the manufacturing process as well as identify the manufacturing bottle neck which should be focused attentively by the reliability engineer in manufacturing process. To resolve the problem, a reliability assessment method of manufacturing process by using the Weibull analysis technology is presented in the paper. In this model, the reliability of manufacturing process is calculated by analyzing the manufacturing system failures firstly, and then the correlation model of reliability of manufacturing process and the qualified rate of produced product is established. According to the correlation model, we propose a reliability estimation method based on Weibull analysis technology. And the map estimation and chi-square goodness of fit tests are performed on simulated data to compare the fit of the model. 摘要

目前,可靠性理论主要集中在产品设计上,而对制造过程的可靠性保障认识不足。同时,大量的工程实例表明,进入批量生产阶段,产品的可靠性迅速下降,暴露了我国制造可靠性研究的不足。如何在制造过程中对产品的可靠性进行评估,并找出制造过程中可靠性工程师应关注的制造瓶颈,是当今制造业面临的主要问题。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种基于威布尔分析技术的制造过程可靠性评估方法。该模型首先对制造系统的故障进行分析,计算制造过程的可靠性,然后建立制造过程可靠性与产品合格率的关联模型。根据相关模型,提出了一种基于威布尔分析技术的可靠性估计方法。并对模拟数据进行图估计和卡方拟合优度检验,比较模型的拟合性。最后,以某机械产品制造过程为例,对该方法进行了验证,结果表明,该方法可作为保证制造过程可靠性的有效工具。
