摘要
智能控制已经得到了很大的发展和理论研究,但通常局限于离线仿真研究。为了将先进的控制算法付诸实践,采用可靠的OPC (OLE for Process control)技术将现场过程与控制设备连接起来,实现数据的实时读取,结合MATLAB强大的运算能力和MCGS组态软件实时数据采集与监控的优势,实现现场设备的实时控制的具体实现方式。本文将此方法应用于PCS-C型过程控制装置,采用模糊PID控制算法实现双水箱水位控制,能达到良好的控制效果。
