摘要

采用调查法与访谈法相结合的方法,运用Logistic回归模型对安徽省某应用型高校药学专业教师发展的影响因素进行实证分析。回归结果显示,学历、职称、工作年龄、企业经验、相关资格证书等变量对安徽省某应用型大学药学专业教师的发展有显著影响。因此,为了提高教学水平和学生满意度,我校在培养药学专业教师的过程中应综合考虑以上因素。

Influence Factor Analysis of the Development of Professional Pharmacy Teachers in An Application-Oriented University Based on Logistic Regression Model
