Nevertheless, research on NLP is often based upon descriptive rather than empirical research. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the efficiency of NLP applications in ELT via comparing it with Communicative Approach (CA) to language teaching. In this study, a group of 4th grade students (N=20) was observed in a classroom in which CA techniques were applied. The students’ frequency of participation was recorded during two lessons. In another two classes with the same group of students, the learners’ frequency of participation was evaluated in a classroom setting where NLP techniques were applied. 摘要

神经语言规划(NLP)在英语教学中的应用为提高英语学习的有效性和参与性提供了多种途径。然而,对NLP的研究往往是基于描述性而不是实证研究。因此,本研究的目的是通过将NLP与交际教学法进行比较,来探讨NLP在英语教学中的应用效率。在本研究中,一组四年级学生(N=20)在课堂上进行了CA技术的观察。在两节课中记录了学生参与的频率。在另外两个有同一组学生的班级中,学习者的参与频率在应用NLP技术的课堂环境中进行评估。结果表明,在实现高水平的学习者参与和口语产出方面,nlp相关应用与CA应用一样有效。关键词:神经语言编程;语言教学;年轻的学习者
