摘要

建立了顾客对等待时间的满意度与服务设施点到顾客需求点的行程距离之间的关系,描述了时间满意度函数的曲线拟合方法,提出了时间满意度函数的曲线拟合原则。因此,充分利用高度发达的信息技术产生的大量客户数据,使选址问题更能适应激烈的竞争环境,从而将选址决策与企业战略相结合,使民营企业和上市企业都能从中受益
