In this process, the feedback that the teacher provides to students on their level of understanding, as well as the learning outcomes and observations that students, in turn, provide to the teacher, play a key role to adapt the learning path to the learners’ actual needs. The paper aims to present a first case study of the application of Flipped Learning in the corporate setting.
