The sample in the study amounted to 50 employees taken using a saturated sampling technique. The data obtained are analyzed using path analysis.Results: The results of this study prove that there is a direct significant influence of organizational commitment and compensation on employee performance. 摘要

前言:本研究的目的是描述和解释组织承诺、薪酬、组织公民行为(OCB)变量与员工绩效之间的影响。方法:本研究包括定量研究和描述性研究。本研究的样本为50名员工,采用饱和采样技术。利用通径分析法对得到的数据进行分析。结果:本研究结果证明组织承诺和薪酬对员工绩效有直接显著的影响。此外,本研究结果还证明组织承诺对组织公民行为中介的员工绩效不存在间接影响,薪酬对组织公民行为中介的员工绩效存在间接影响。结论与建议:公司应该更加注重增加组织承诺对员工绩效的直接影响。
