摘要

提出了一种基于Modelica语言的通用故障仿真方法,可支持复杂系统多域故障机制的统一描述、交叉注入、仿真求解和特征检测。该方法支持一般故障模型的提取建模,可以结合多层次参数的具体特征,形成更完整的产品模型库。针对不同的故障特征,建立了故障特征识别的基本模型和通用算法,为故障仿真过程提供了完整的支持。最后,以火箭发动机为对象,建立了一个仿真案例,验证了项目模型和算法的正确性和实用性。
