It analyses the influence of lunar surface environment on the nodes of WSN and gives corresponding solutions. According to the characteristics of WSN and design requirements of the sensor node, we design a kind of sensor nodes which based on CC2431. Then the processor module, wireless communications module, location engine, power management module and temperature control module are described in detail. Design of WSN node based on CC2431 applicable to lunar surface environment
