The measured impedance frequency response data, starting torque and locked torque were statistically analyzed. It was found that the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic motor gradually decreased with the prolongation of the storage test time; the starting torque increased gradually with the prolongation of the storage time; and the locked torque showed no obvious regularity with time.
