At the same time, the traditional shortest path algorithm is optimized by using the small root stack structure in combination with the transfer diagram application scenario, and the assembly dimension chain is obtained by local search of the transfer diagram according to the assembly order and the customized constraint selection rules. 摘要

针对装配公差分析中的偏差传递路径问题,提出了一种装配尺寸链自动搜索方法,该方法首先利用各类信息单元表示尺寸链生成所需的关键信息,建立装配精度信息模型;在考虑实际装配过程中多个装配顺序和多个并行约束的基础上,构造零件顺序约束关联矩阵和公差特征关联矩阵,生成装配关系传递图。同时,结合转移图应用场景,利用小根栈结构对传统最短路径算法进行优化,根据装配顺序和自定义约束选择规则对转移图进行局部搜索,得到装配尺寸链。基于Qt应用开发框架和OpenCASCADE图形库,对原型系统进行了开发和验证,证明该方法能有效提高自动尺寸链搜索的效率,生成的尺寸链更符合实际的装配工艺规划。
