As for the human resource development of the PMs, there are not many cases that the self-evaluation and the visualization of competency are combined. This paper proposes \"Continual PM Self-Growth Model\" with the selfevaluation of the competencies utilizing PM competency evaluation sheet at their optimum time between the outcome of training and the self-study. 摘要

随着商业事物的快速变化,各种各样的问题出现了。通过项目解决这些问题是很重要的。因此,组织有必要培养项目经理(PM)来负责项目以取得成功。对于项目经理来说,仅仅学习项目管理是不够的。在项目管理知识的基础上,PM有必要进行项目实践,并获得个人和实践能力。因此项目经理必须接受持续的培训和实践以获得胜任能力。同样,对于pm来说,在最佳时间评估他们的能力,并为持续增长设定下一个目标是很重要的。特别是在培训过程中,需要对项目经理的胜任能力进行评估。在项目经理的人力资源开发中,将自我评价与胜任力可视化相结合的案例并不多见。本文提出了“持续项目管理自我成长模型”,利用项目管理能力评估表在培训结果和自学之间的最佳时间对项目管理能力进行自我评估。在本研究中,模型得到了pm的验证。
