Using FPGA as the core of the imaging circuit, the three parts of the traditional CCD imaging circuit, which is focal plane software, signal processing software and integration timing software, are integrated into a piece of FPGA, mainly generating the timing drive signal needed for CCD imaging, configuring the A/D converter to realize analog to digital conversion, coding and synthesizing the converted image data and arranging the data transmission format, realizing the communication between the imaging circuit and the outside by the telemetry and telecontrol three wire interface, so as to receive the auxiliary data on the satellite and the adjustment instructions of the imaging parameters. The experimental results show that the integrated software design of this paper can realize all functions of focal plane software, signal processing software and integration timing software. 摘要

为了满足CCD成像电路集成化和小型化的需要,本文提出了一种软件集成设计方法。以FPGA作为成像电路的核心,将传统CCD成像电路的焦平面软件、信号处理软件和集成定时软件三部分集成到一块FPGA中,主要产生CCD成像所需的定时驱动信号,配置a /D转换器实现模数转换,对转换后的图像数据进行编码和合成,并安排数据传输格式。通过遥测遥控三线接口实现成像电路与外界的通信,从而接收卫星上的辅助数据和成像参数的调整指令。实验结果表明,本文的集成软件设计可以实现焦平面软件、信号处理软件和集成定时软件的全部功能。成像效果清晰,简化了硬件电路,提高了软件集成度,具有较高的工程应用价值。
