摘要

齿槽转矩对永磁电机的转矩脉动和噪声有很大影响。本文讨论了齿槽转矩产生的原因。通过有限元分析计算了两台永磁电机的齿槽转矩。计算结果表明,采用极槽配对方法可有效降低理想齿槽转矩。而在实际的电机中,由于制造的原因,可能存在磁体性能离散、定子内表面评价等缺陷。这些缺陷会导致不理想的齿槽扭矩。通过有限元分析对这种齿槽转矩进行了定量分析。

Quantitatively evaluation on the cogging torque of permanent magnet motor caused by stator and rotor defect
